Bathroom questions:-
Q: How long does a bathroom installation take to complete?
A: A straight bathroom swop takes one to two days, a full bathroom installation including tiling, electrical work and plumbing takes approximately one and a half weeks.
Q: Can you take care of everything?
A: Yes and we only use qualified trades people, for example all tilers, plumbers, plasterers and electricians.
Q: Can you supply all of the materials or do we have to get our own?
A: We supply a wide range of quality materials or alternatively you can supply your own
Central heating questions:-
Q: How long does it take to fit a new central heating boiler?
A: A straight boiler change takes one day, a boiler upgrade takes approximately one and a half days and a full central heating system including new radiators takes two to three days.
Q: Will I be without a water supply overnight?
A: We never leave our customers without a cold water supply.
Q: Will I be without heating overnight?
A: Yes but if required we can provide you with fan heaters.
Guarantees:-
Q: Does all work come with a guarantee?
A: All bathroom installations come with a one year company guarantee and depending on the fitments purchased you may have up to five years guarantee. All central heating boilers come with a standard one to five year guarantee depending on the make and model of boiler purchased and a company guarantee for the rest of the installation.
Q: What about annual boiler servicing?
A: You will be contacted on an annual basis to check if you require your boiler servicing.
